A day with us could include:

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not necessarily. While we prefer some hands-on experience, we'll train the right candidate. We believe you don't have to know everything on day one — we train new stylists and sugarists step by step, from technique and safety to guest consultation and aftercare. You need to be willing to learn, grow, and care about the experience you create for every guest.

  • For our esthetician and sugarist roles, an active Indiana Esthetician or Cosmetology License is required. Our front desk roles don't require a license — just a great attitude, strong people skills, and a love for creating a five-star guest experience.

  • We set you up for success with paid, hands-on certification training, ongoing advanced education, and team mentorship. You'll learn technique, service standards, guest consultation, safety and sanitation, aftercare education, and how to talk with guests about products and memberships — so you're never figuring it out alone.

  • Our roles offer competitive pay with strong earning potential — a combination of base pay, tips, and commission on retail, memberships, and services, plus performance bonuses.
