  • A membership is a monthly commitment that includes one service each month plus member perks, billed automatically.

  • Memberships are billed on the 1st of every month. Your monthly credit becomes available at that time, ready to use whenever works for you.

  • Each month you receive one service credit to use toward your membership service. Credits are valid for 60 days from the date they're issued, so you have flexibility month to month.

  • Yes! Members enjoy 20% off additional services and 15% off sLA products.

  • Credits are good for 60 days, but they do expire after that.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. We'll always do our best to find you a new time.

  • Yes — our memberships are essentially no strings attached, and you can cancel anytime. We just ask that you come into the studio to complete a quick cancellation form so we can process it properly.

  • Absolutely. Life happens, and you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year.
